IN THE GLORY DAYS was founded by the Kowalski family—by Rob Kowalski, whose lifelong passion for vintage collectibles began at an early age, and Wynn Kowalski, a seasoned interior designer with a deep appreciation for timeless design and handcrafted objects rich with history.
Rob’s fascination started where most childhoods didn’t.

Wynn brings a complementary perspective shaped by years of interior design experience and a trained eye for balance, texture, and authenticity.

VINTAGE CONDITION GUIDELINES
NIB – New in Box
Items in this category are unused and in their original packaging. They show no signs of use but may display insignificant signs of handling or storage, such as faint scratches or slight discoloration, often from display or long-term storage.
Mint
Items appear unused with only very minor indications of handling or storage. Any wear is nearly imperceptible, making these pieces almost indistinguishable from new. Original packaging and tags may or may not be included.
Excellent
Lightly used items that exhibit minimal signs of wear. They may show small, light scratches or very slight fading but maintain a high-quality appearance and full functionality.
Very Good
Clearly used but well-maintained items. They show moderate signs of wear such as light scratches, minor stains, or slight changes in shape or function consistent with regular use.
Good
Regularly used items with visible wear and tear. These pieces may have noticeable scratches, stains, or other signs of use but remain in good, functional condition.
Decent
Items with obvious and consistent signs of use. They exhibit significant wear such as noticeable discoloration, scratches, or surface marks.
Usable
Heavily used items showing extensive wear. These may include deep scratches, significant staining, and heavy signs of use, but the item remains functional.
For Repair
Items in this category have missing parts, structural issues, or extensive damage and require repair. They are not fully functional and may need substantial restoration.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for the online purchases. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 3-5 business days to process your order.
Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.
International Orders: Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country.
Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

RETURNS
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy . A return for this item may be initiated within 5 days of delivery.*
Return Shipping Fee: Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Additional Notes: We will make every effort to meet your expectations. Please contact us for additional information on any item so that we can help you know exactly what you’re getting. In the unlikely event that an item has been wrongly described or misattributed to an artist or maker, or misrepresented in some other way, we will happily refund the full purchase price provided we are notified of the issue within 5 days of the receipt of the item. It is highly recommended that you take out adequate insurance and obtain proof of the shipment. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once the item is received and inspected you will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges.

All of our online products are 100% vintage or pre-owned. Due to age, prior use, and storage, items may show signs of wear or minor imperfections. Any notable flaws are carefully inspected and clearly described in each product listing. Every item is carefully checked again before shipping to ensure it accurately reflects the description.
